Our yoga mats are 1/4 inch (6.2mm) extra-thick. They measure 74" x 24" x 1/4". Their textured, non-slip surface is extremely durable and latex-free. Embroidery is between 2" and 3" in height depending on the monogram style selected and a maximum of 7" in width. If you need more letters, or want additional embroidery just call or email us to place a custom yoga mat order. Mats arrive in gift bags tied with coordinating satin ribbon.
